hey everyone... new to ny and moving into a place on ocean
avenue in brooklyn, right near the prospect park station. is
this a safe neighborhood?? i'm living in an oldish apartment
building there.

It's not a very safe area but you should be o.k. in the
daytime, less safe at night. Be cautious.

Not very safe during day or especially at night. Watch out
for the Schvartzers especially at night.
