IT IS THE CITY OF MANY CHURCHES

Right you are!  There are more churches percapata in Brooklyn than any other 
county in the nation!

Yes, I remember well when I was growing up in East New York how we used to boast
of being both the Borough of Kings and the Borough of Churches.  Gosh, how there
were so many churches and synagogues everywhere.  Store fronts, religious
schools, large cathedral like buildings - everywhere!

Brooklynites have much to be proud of. And being good church going people
reflects their good character.
