I am an amateur genealogist. My grandmother died in 1955, and the place of death
is in dispute. It was either Brooklyn Jewish Hospital or The Home for
Incurables. I'd like to see if I can find any further information, since the NYC
Department of Vital Records could not find her death certificate. TIA.

The Brooklyn Jewish Hospital was located at 555 Prospect Place until it merged
with another hospital around 1982 creating the Interfaith Medical Center.

The Interfaith Medical Center is currently located at:

There were a few institutions with names like "The Home for Incurables".
There was one in Brooklyn at 546 Park Place.
