Trying to locate Osvaldo Andino,he use to live on Tapscot St.E.new york.The year
of 1963.Had a son by the name of Edwin.He lived with a woman named Martha
Santiago at that time(the mother of his son) He had a brother in Puerto Rico,
and his mother.They resided in Rio Piedras.His whole name was Osvaldo Andino
Lugo.Any info.would be much appreciated.URGENT!
