 so excited when I saw all these messages. I too have "Shepherds Call" from the
Radio Pictures Frame Co.  My edition is P41448  7379/1.  It too has cut  movie
poster as its backing. no dates or hand written stuff though. This was actually
my great aunt's and one of the things I will always remember seeing when we
visited her.  having to get it reframed though due to  breakage of orignal
frame.  but still great to pass on.  Especially since my great uncle and dad,
both who have passed away, have always had collies.  good memories from our
childhoods and a much simpler time. please let me know if anyone finds any
further info.   thanks
