I have a small etching of a church in a winter scene.  Mine is signed with the
name of B. Shurtz. On the back of frame are two cardboard backings with labels
reading 28253  E804/10, Radio Picture Frame Co., Inc. 104 So. 4th St.,
Brooklyn,NY.  On the other side of both of these backing is a black etching of a
forehead and eyes, both are the same.  Does anyone know the history of this
company and their artists?
