I also have a picture of Shepherd's Call from my grandmother. It also has the
Radio Picture Frame Co., 104 So. 4th St. Brooklyn, N.Y. (no zip code). The #'s
are P38306 with 3548/1. As one person mentioned, mine also has the NRA CODE
Stamp issued by Picture Moulding and Picture Frame Code Authority, Registration
No. 31-43. I am thinking this picture is somewhere around 1930's or 40's as the
info on the back appears to be typed not stamped or written.
