Since the storm our primary internet connection has been offline due to flooding
in lower Manhattan.  Our internet connection is routed through a building that
has yet to come back on line.

We are operating on a backup connection that is not 100% reliable.  So if you do
not get to the site on the first try, just try again.

Our upstream provider assures us we will be back on line as soon as they can
access and replace all the damaged equipment.
