I have a picture of Feather Birds, Radio Picture Frame Co., Inc. Brooklyn, N,Y.
H38306   3631.   The family note on the back is that it was a gift given in
1937. Appears to be in the original frame. The mat is oval.  I have several
pictures of birds made with feathers.  I would love to know more about it if
anyone has any info to pass on.  Thank you.
