I have acquired an old picture of Old Ironsides. On the back
is F39997   229/9 with Radio Picture Frame Co.  I am
guessing this was a limited number of this picture.  Can you
tell me what the value, if any, might be, the date of the
picture, and any other information on this picture.

did you find out any info on this picture?  I also have this
picture.
