I too, have a frame from radio picture frame company. Mine
is a picture that looks very, very old. it is number
k30703-3521, the name on it is scenes (it is not signed,
that i can see). The address on mine is 104 s 4th street,
Brooklyn NY.  I dont have any information regarding them,
sorry. If you happen to come across 
info on yours, could you let me know so i can research mine
