I knew Wilson Ave very well coming from Evergreen Ave and
Grove St. One block away was the Picadilly tavern, there was
a shell gas station, used to be a brewery near there that
became a pickle factory in the 1950's, and a couple of
blocks east was LaRosa's bakery.
